Ricci Construction Group, Inc. won the 2011 Outstanding Residential Remodel HOBI Award for this graciously appointed home. The exterior of this home is stucco with stone accents. There is an outdoor covered porch with patio and fireplace in the back and an open porte cochere at the front elevation constructed of custom fabricated structural steel and a copper standing seam roof for a protected entry into the home. There is a prayer room, a men’s entertainment room with a mahogany coffered ceiling and mahogany wainscoting, Wood-Mode kitchen designed to incorporate a red white and blue theme including blue granite and red granite counters, and a double arched stair in the foyer. This home was originally built in 2002, and consisted of 4,000 sq ft. The homeowner contracted with us to completely remodel the existing space as well as add additional space for a total of 5 bedrooms, 6 full and 3 half baths.
