We then develop our plan, showing how you can expect the work to roll out, including the materials choices we’ve made together, a complete budget, and prospective timelines for the entire job. Our communication remains transparent and open throughout construction, ensuring that we’re both on the same page every step of the way.

John Ricci, President
A lifelong Cheshire, Connecticut resident, John has more than 45 years experience in building custom homes, residential developments, remodeling, and commercial projects. He is an active member of the Home Builders Association (HBA).
John’s in-depth expertise gives him the ability to guide each client through the design, layout, and drafting process necessary for each custom home.
Jonathan Ricci, Vice President
Born and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut, Jonathan has more than 15 years experience in building custom homes, residential developments, remodeling, and commercial projects.
Jonathan grew up in the industry and loves to stay on the cutting edge with the newest technologies and methodologies. He takes pride in balancing them with practical and time-tested practices to give clients the best possible approach.
