Ricci Construction Group won the 2014 HOBI Award (CT Home Building Industry Award) for Best New Custom Commercial for this distinctive medical facility.

The building’s stucco and brick exterior, PVC trim, and metal standing seam roof will not only protect it, but keep the exterior maintenance to a minimum. Some of the mechanicals are housed neatly in the cupola at the top of the building. There is a 5-inch concrete deck over a metal pan deck between the first and second floors that provides soundproofing, additional fire resistance, and structural integrity. Each office was specially designed with a contemporary flair.
