Ricci Construction Group, Inc. won the 2014 Best New Custom Commercial HOBI Award for this distinctive medical facility. The stucco and brick exterior of this building along with the PVC trim and metal standing seam roof will not only protect the building, but keep the exterior maintenance to a minimum. Some of the mechanicals are housed neatly in the copula at the top of the building. There is a 5” concrete deck over a metal pan deck between the first floor and the second floor that provides sound proofing, additional fire resistance, and structural integrity. Each office was specially designed with a contemporary flair.
